Dina's Spicy Red Shrimp
A quick delicious concoction of things I always have in my pantry and freezer.
ingredients
- 1 lb raw cleaned shrimp, tail on - has flavor
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 TBSP olive oil
- 2 TBSP chili garlic sauce, Huy Fong foods green cap w rooster
- 1 TSP smoked mild paprika or whatever type you have
- 1 TBSP unsalted buuter
- sea salt and pepper to taste

Heat saute pan add olive oil and garlic cook 1-2 minutes, add chili garlic sauce, paprika and cook a minute more. Add shrimp, add water (1/4 cup) if you want a bit more sauce, ad butter after one minute. Do not overcook shrimp. Cook until you get a C shape, O shape is for overcooked. i take them off the heat after I flip the shrimp.

Serve with some fresh parsley, rice, crusty bread, even an aioli will be good with it.

So delicious and so quick. I always have chili sauce, garlic, spices and frozen shrimp at my house.
