Grammy's Ice Cream Puff Cake
Grammy used to fill one cream puff with a hard boiled egg and give it to Unkie as a joke.
ingredients
- small cream puffs (Sander’s are best & easiest, but they are big ones)
- as may flavors of ice cream as you want
- Sander’s Hot Fudge

Remove center of angel food pan and line with heavy duty foil. Make sure foil is long enough to cover entire pan once it is full.

Fill each cream puff with ice cream, and place inside tube pan. After each layer, spread a layer of ice cream over puffs (this holds them in place). You can mix the flavors of ice cream up any way you want. Make sure pan is full, press down puffs a little to get more in the mold. Cover with foil and put in freezer until ready to serve.

Remove from freezer and let the cake warm up a little or it will be impossible to cut.

Remove from pan, unwrap, and slice. Serve each piece with hot fudge sauce.

Grammy used to add things like Halvah and broken up Dove bars in between the layers.
