Stromboli
ingredients
- 1 (13.8 oz) Pillsbury Pizza Crust
- 16 oz shredded mozzarella cheese (or cheese of choice)
- 1 1/2 lbs of hamburger (or your choice of topping, such as broccoli, sausage or pepperoni)
- Dash onion powder
- Dash garlic powder
- Parmesan cheese, grated

Preheat oven to 425°F.

Cook topping mixture of your choice in a skillet and let cool. Mix in a bowl with onion powder, garlic powder and some of the grated Parmesan cheese. Set aside.

Rub a cookie sheet with olive oil. Spread pizza dough out on cookie sheet until kinda thin. Pour topping mixture and cheese onto middle of pizza dough short ways. Fold each of the long ends of dough over. Pinch both ends together. Sprinkle top of dough with more grated Parmesan cheese if you’d like.

Cook for 25 minutes or until crust is golden brown.
