Grandma Muriel and Aunt Carol's Crepe Souflee
Perfect for a winter brunch!
ingredients
- 1 pint sour cream (Reg or Lite)
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 stick butter
- 4 eggs
- Cinnamon
- A dozen frozen fruit or cheese filled blintzes or frozen crepes

Preheat oven to 375°.

Place frozen blintzes or crepes in a shallow pyrex pan.

Melt butter and spoon over blintzes.

Blend sour cream, eggs and sugar with a hand mixer until smooth.

Pour over blintzes.

Sprinkle with cinnamon.

Bake for 45 minutes.
