Grandma Muriel and Aunt Carol's Crepe Souflee

Perfect for a winter brunch!

ingredients

  • 1 pint sour cream (Reg or Lite)
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 stick butter
  • 4 eggs
  • Cinnamon
  • A dozen frozen fruit or cheese filled blintzes or frozen crepes

directions

    Preheat oven to 375°.

  • 2

    Place frozen blintzes or crepes in a shallow pyrex pan.

  • 3

    Melt butter and spoon over blintzes.

  • 4

    Blend sour cream, eggs and sugar with a hand mixer until smooth.

  • 5

    Pour over blintzes.

  • 6

    Sprinkle with cinnamon.

  • 7

    Bake for 45 minutes.
