Chicken/Pork Salad Sandwiches
ingredients
- 2 cups diced cooked pork or chicken
- 1 medium tart apple, diced
- 1/2 cup halved seedless grapes
- 1/3 cup dried cranberries
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 Tablespoons chopped walnuts
- 2 Tablespoons chutney
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- lettuce leaves
- bread or croissants
directions
In a bowl, combine the ingredients; mix well. Serve on lettuce-lined bread.
