Great dip to bring to parties

ingredients

  • 1 8 oz pkg cream cheese
  • 1 cup mayo
  • 1-2 cups shredded mozz cheese
  • 2 tsp crushed garlic
  • 1 small jar roasted red peppers
  • 1 jar artichoke hearts
  • 1 small can sliced olives

directions

    Preheat oven to 350

  • 2

    Mix cream cheese, mayo, mozz cheese and garlic.

    Spread into baking dish.

  • 4

    Bake 20-30 minutes.

  • 5

    While it bakes chop peppers, artichokes, and open olives.

  • 6

    Keep all veggies separated.

  • 7

    Take creamy mixture out of oven and spread veggies on top in separate sections.

    Put back in oven for appox 20 minutes.

  • 9

    Serve with your favorite crackers, pita crisps or just eat it with a spoon!!!
