Celano's Nine Layer Dip

great for a theme party... and Mexican did seem to be a reoccurring theme at the Bleecker.

ingredients

1 can jalapeno bean dip
1 lg. or 2 sm. med. avocados
1 guacamole seasoning packet
1/2 c. mayonnaise & 1/2 c. sour cream, mixed
1/2 pkg. taco seasoning mix
2-3 tomatoes, chopped
Layer shredded cheddar cheese
Layer green onions, chopped
Layer sliced black olives

directions

Mix avocado pulp with guacamole seasoning packet, set aside. Mix sour cream, mayonnaise and taco seasoning mix. Layer ingredients in 9 inch glass pie pan starting with bean dip on bottom and ending with olives on top. Serve with Tostitos for dipping... perhaps with a hint of lime.
