Wreck your Diet, Ultra Sugar Cresent Roll Dessert
I got this recipe from my MIL and not sure where she got it; its nuts, deliciously bad for you and might make you want to lick your plate afterward, i sure did (even with company over). Serve warm, alone or with ice cream/whipped cream.
ingredients
- 2 cans of Crescent rolls (the Pillsbury kind)
- 1 or 2 apples, peeled and cut into 8 pieces
- 2 sticks butter !!
- 1 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 t vanilla
- 1 can mountain dew (i know it sounds weird)
directions

Open cans of crescent rolls, separate them so you get 8 squarish shapes. Place piece of apple in middle of each, and roll up or shape

the dough around the apple. Place them in a greased baking pan, like a cake pan with high sides , melt the butter, mix with the sugar

and vanilla. Pour that mixture over the crescent rolls. Now pour the can of mountain dew around the pan, not in the center. Back at 350

for 45 mins.
