Lauras Famous Chocolate Chip Cookies

Laura just makes the best cookies...
ingredients
- 3 cups butter, softened
- 2 1/2 cups white sugar
- 2 1/2 cups brown sugar
- 6 eggs
- 3 tsp vanilla
- 2 large pkg instant vanilla pudding
- 3 tsp salt
- 3 tsp baking soda
- 7 cups flour
- 5 cups white or semi sweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup cranraisins (optional)
directions
In an electric mixer crem the butter, and sugars very well. Add the remaining dry ingredients. Add chocolate last. To get a perfectly round cookie, use a 2" ice cream scoop. Place on a slightly greased cookie sheet. Bake 375 for 8-10 minutes
