ingredients
- 1 lb pasta cooked al dente
- 1 cup olive oil
- 2 zucchini cut into 1/2" cubes
- 1 cup fresh or frozen peas, cooked slightly
- 1 pint cherry tomatoes cut in half
- 2 cups cubed fresh mozzarella
- 3 cups Provencal-style tomato sauce with onions, garlic, & basil
- 1/4 cup Parmesan
- 1 cup Romano grated
- 1 lb bacon diced, cooked crisp
