Bacon-Onion Green Beans
ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs Fresh Green Beans, Trimmed
- 6 Bacon Strips, Diced
- 1 Medium Onion, Chopped
- 2 Tbsps Cider Vinegar
- 1/4 Tsp Salt
- 1/8 Tsp Pepper
- 1 Tbsp Sesame Seeds, Toasted

Place beans in saucepan and cover with water; bring to a boil. Cook, uncovered for 8-10 minutes or until crisp-tender.

Meanwhile, in a skillet, cook bacon over medium heat until crisp. Remove to paper towels; drain, reserving 1 tbsp drippings. Sauté onion in the drippings until tender. Stir in vinegar, salt and pepper.

Drain beans; place in a large serving bowl. Stir in onion mixture and bacon. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
