Sammie Burgers
These are easy, yummy, and don’t use a lot of dishes. Me likey.
ingredients
- 1 can 6 oz Chicken of the Sea salmon
- 1/4 cup dry bread crumbs
- 1/4 finely chopped onion
- 2 tablespoons mayo
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice (fresh is always best!)
- 1 teaspoon parsley flakes (dried is OK)
- 1/8 teaspoon garlic salt

In a medium bowl combine salmon, bread crumbs, onion, mayo, egg, lemon juice, parsley and garlic salt, mixing well. Shape into burgers.

Roll in bread crumbs, cook in skillet.

These can be eaten plain or on a burger bun.
