These are easy, yummy, and don’t use a lot of dishes. Me likey.

ingredients

  • 1 can 6 oz Chicken of the Sea salmon
  • 1/4 cup dry bread crumbs
  • 1/4 finely chopped onion
  • 2 tablespoons mayo
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice (fresh is always best!)
  • 1 teaspoon parsley flakes (dried is OK)
  • 1/8 teaspoon garlic salt

directions

  • 1

    In a medium bowl combine salmon, bread crumbs, onion, mayo, egg, lemon juice, parsley and garlic salt, mixing well. Shape into burgers.

  • 2

    Roll in bread crumbs, cook in skillet.

  • 3

    These can be eaten plain or on a burger bun.
