Low Calorie Fruit Dip

ingredients

  • 1 (8 ounce) container plain low-fat yogurt
  • 1 (12 ounce) container Cool Whip-lite, not frozen
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 4 tablespoons Splenda Baking Sweetener
  • Strawberries, apple, bananas, oranges, or any fruit you like

directions

Mix first four ingredients and chill at least 1 hour. Serve with fruit kabobs or cut up in serving bowls.

notes

If using vanilla yogurt, vanilla extract is not needed.
