- 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 8 oz pkg cream cheese
- 3/4 cup confectioners sugar
- 3/4 cup semisweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)
