Hot Reuben Spread
ingredients
- 1/2 lb sliced cooked corned beef (from deli) Chopped coarsely
- 1 (16 oz) can sauerkraut, rinsed, drained
- 3/4 cup 1000 island dressing
- 8 oz (2 cups) shredded Swiss cheese
- 1 (3 oz) pkg. cream cheese, cubed

combine all ingredients in slow cooker, mix well.

cover, cook on low setting for 1 1/2 - 2 1/2 hours. stir spread.

Serve with toasted cocktail rye bread slices.
