Red Velvet Cake II
ingredients
- 1 1/2 Cups Sugar
- 2 Cups Wesson Oil
- 2 Eggs
- 1 Tablespoon Vinegar
- 2 Tablespoons Red Liquid Food Coloring
- 1 Cup Buttermilk
- 2 1/2 Cups Plain Flour
- 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 2 Tablespoon Cocoa
- 1 teaspoon Pure Vanilla

Preheat Oven @ 350* degrees.

Cream Together Sugar and Oil then add eggs and beat well. Add Vinegar and food coloring. Mix Well.

Add 1 1/2 cups flour, baking soda, salt, and cocoa. Mix well. Add 1/2 cup Buttermilk. Mix Add 1 cup flour. Mix Add 1/2 cup buttermilk and pure vanilla. Beat Well, Scrap sides of the bowl making sure all batter is well mixed. Pour into 3 layer pans bake for 25- 30 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
