Buffalo Chicken Wing Sandwich
This is one of Seth’s favorite meals. I love the combination of buffalo wing sauce and cool blue cheese
ingredients
- 2 Boneless, skinless chicken breast
- 3 1/2 C chicken stock
- 1/2 T Cayenne Pepper
- 1/2 T garlic salt
- Fresh cracked black pepper
- 1/2 T Fennel seeds (optional)
- 3 Cloves garlic, minced
- 1 beer (your favorite)
- For the sauce
- 1/2 C. Safeway Select Buffalo wing sauce/marinade
- 3 T. Mayo
- 1/4 C. Valveeta Cheese
- 3 T. Blue Cheese
- 1/2 Sliced cucumber
- 1/2 C. Sliced red bell peppers
- 2 burger buns

In a large pot combine chicken stock, cayenne, garlic cloves, garlic salt, cracked black pepper fennel seeds, and beer

Bring to a boil and add chicken breast(s), cook for 15 - 20 minuets

After chicken is done, let cool and shred with two forks

Combine shredded chicken, buffalo wing marinade, mayo, blue cheese, and Valveeta over medium heat until smooth

Build the burgers in the following order:

Bun, chicken, cucumber, salt, pepper, red bell peppers and enjoy
