Buffalo Chicken Wing Sandwich

This is one of Seth’s favorite meals. I love the combination of buffalo wing sauce and cool blue cheese

ingredients

  • 2 Boneless, skinless chicken breast
  • 3 1/2 C chicken stock
  • 1/2 T Cayenne Pepper
  • 1/2 T garlic salt
  • Fresh cracked black pepper
  • 1/2 T Fennel seeds (optional)
  • 3 Cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 beer (your favorite)
  • For the sauce
  • 1/2 C. Safeway Select Buffalo wing sauce/marinade
  • 3 T. Mayo
  • 1/4 C. Valveeta Cheese
  • 3 T. Blue Cheese
  • 1/2 Sliced cucumber
  • 1/2 C. Sliced red bell peppers
  • 2 burger buns

    In a large pot combine chicken stock, cayenne, garlic cloves, garlic salt, cracked black pepper fennel seeds, and beer

    Bring to a boil and add chicken breast(s), cook for 15 - 20 minuets

  • 3

    After chicken is done, let cool and shred with two forks

  • 4

    Combine shredded chicken, buffalo wing marinade, mayo, blue cheese, and Valveeta over medium heat until smooth

    Build the burgers in the following order:

    Bun, chicken, cucumber, salt, pepper, red bell peppers and enjoy
