Caramel Apples
The most amazing caramel apples ever!!
ingredients
- 1 c butter
- 2 c brown sugar
- 1 c light corn syrup
- 1 c sweetened condensed milk
- 1 tsp vanilla
- apples
directions
Boil all ingredients over medium-high heat until 248° is reached or about 8 minutes.
notes
After dipping in caramel, we love to dip them in cinnamon/sugar, pecans, graham crackers, granola, toffee bits, and/or drizzled with white and milk chocolate!
