Pappa's Greek-Style Snapper
ingredients
- 3 lbs. snapper filets
- 2 whole lemons
- 1/2 t. Lawry’s seasoning salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon granulated garlic
- 1 1/2 t. leaf oregano
- 1/2 c. onion, diced
- 1/2 cup tomatoes, diced
- 1 c. feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/2 c. virgin olive oil
directions

Preheat oven to 450° degrees. Place fillets in shallow baking pan. Squeeze juice from lemons over fillets. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, garlic and oregano. Top with diced onion, tomatoes, crumbled feta cheese.

Pour olive oil over fillets. Place in oven for 20 to 25 minutes or until feta is golden.

You could also use Tilapia with this recipe.
