Cheese Souffle
ingredients
- 1 Cup Milk
- 1 Cup Soft Bread Crumbs
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/8 tsp Pepper
- 2 Eggs
- 1 Cup Cheese Cut into Small Pieces
- 1 Tbsp Butter
directions
Scald milk; add bread crumbs, cheese, salt and pepper, and 2 egg yolks, beaten. Beat egg whites until stiff and fold in rest of mixture. Put in greased casserole and bake in moderate oven 35 to 40 minutes.
