ingredients
- 2 pounds ground chuck
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 2 Tablespoons cooking or olive oil
- salt and pepper
- peas
- cooked rice
directions

Sauté onion in a large skillet over medium heat until tender.

Add beef, and brown on high heat, breaking up into crumbles.

Cover with water by half, and simmer, uncovered, one hour.

Serve over rice with peas.
