shrimp scampi
ingredients
- 3/4 stick butter
- dash olive oil
- 1 pound shrimp, peeled deveined and butterflied
- 4 large garlic clove
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1/2 lemon zest and juice
- 3 tablespoons parsley
- 1 pound linguini -- cooked
- coarse salt and ground pepper -- to taste

Heat butter and oil in large skillet over medium heat until melted, Add

shrimp and toss to coat. Add garlic, red pepper flakes, lemon zest, lemon

juice and parsley, Cook until pink and no longer translucent 5-7 minutes

Mound lingunie in large bowl, spoon shrimp over and toss to combine
