German Potatoe Salad
A sweet and sour potatoe salad...
ingredients
- 8 slices of bacon
- 3 tbsp flour
- 4 tsp chopped onion
- 2/3 cup vinegar
- 2/3 cup water
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp ground pepper
- 1 tsp ground mustard
- 1/2 tsp rosemary
- 2 quarts of potatoes, cooked & peeled and sliced
- 1/2 cup fresh parsley

1. Cook bacon. Remove from pan and crumble.

2. Add flour and onion to the bacon fat left in the pan.

3. Stir in vinegar, water, sugar, salt and spices. Cook to medium thickness.

4. Add to potatoes, parsley and crumbled bacon.
