Cindy's Hash Brown Casserole
Yummy, goes with everything!!
ingredients
- 2 lb. frozen hash brown potatoes
- 1 medium onion (Diced)
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cheddar cheese coup
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 8 oz. cheddar cheese (grated)
- salt and pepper to taste
- 3 cup cornflakes
- 1/2 cup butter (melted)

Mix all together in large mixing bowl. Put in a greased 9x13 pan. Cover with 3 cups Corn Flakes, crushed and that has been tossed with 1/2 cup melted butter. Bake 1 hour at 350.

PS I bake 350 covered with foil 50 minutes, then take foil off and cook 10 to 15 minutes longer.
