Soy/Sherry Flank Steak Marinade
This is a nice marinade for flank steaks. Another easy and nice marinade is Paul Newman’s Own olive oil based Italian salad dressing right out of the bottle.
Make sauce of salt, cinnamon, sugar, soy sauce and wine. Spread sauce on both sides of steak. Let stand 1 hour or more, turning occasionally.
Put on hot BBQ, (see George’s flank steak grilling recipe). Slice thin on diagonal.
