Corn Bread
A low calorie sweet and light corn bread made with corn meal and applesauce.
1 cup yellow corn meal
¾ cup milk
2 tsp. baking powder
1 egg, well beaten
¾ tsp. salt
1 tsp. olive oil
½ cup applesauce
½ cup sugar
Combine and mix all ingredients. Bake in Pam sprayed 8 by 8 baking dish at 425 degrees for 25 minutes.

Very good and sweet. If concerned about calorie, use unsweetened applesauce, and Splenda instead of sugar. It tastes great, just not as sweet. This goes great with Shawn's chili.
