Grilled Cheddar and Chutney Sandwiches
ingredients
- 3 tbsp butter
- 3 large garlic cloves, minced
- 1/3 mango chutney
- 8 slices of white bread
- 1/2 lb cheddar cheese, shredded

Melt the butter in a small saucepan. Add the garlic and cook until softened but not brown. Remove from heat.

Spread the chutney on the bread. Divide the cheese among the bread, spreading it evenly. Top with bread slices.

Brush both sides with garlic butter. Grill the sandwiches over medium heat until golden brown.
