Rosemary potatoes
ingredients
- 4 lbs new potatoes
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon kosher salt
- 1 tablespoon chopped garlic
- 1 tablespoon rosemary
- 1/2 teaspoon thyme
directions
Cut potato into wedges and place in bowl. Combine ingredients and pour over potatoes. Toss to coat evenly. Spread the potatoes n a sheet pan and Bake at 425°F.Stir two or three times during cooking for even browning. Cook until tender approximately 45 minutes.
