Grandma Tyau's Granola
ingredients
- 6 cups oats
- 1 cut wheat germ
- 1 cup sunflower seeds
- 1 cup sesame seeds
- 1 cup walnuts, chopped
- 1 cup coconut
- 3 Tbs vanilla
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 3/4 cup oil
- 1 cup honey
- raisins or dates, if desired
directions
Combine all ingredients, mix well. Bake at 250° for 1 1/2 hours. Keep at room temperature.
notes
Measure oil first, then in the same measuring cup, measure the honey. This will help the honey "slip right out"
