  • 1 bizcocho esponjoso amarillo(ver receta)
  • 5 huevos
  • 1 lata Coco López
  • 1 lata leche condensada
  • 1 lata leche evaporada
  • 1 lata grande escurrida fruit cocktail
  • 2 tazas azúcar para caramelo

Mezclar bien huevos, Coco López, leche condensada y leche evaporada. Partir el bizcocho en dos. Acaramelar el molde del bizcocho (con roto en centro). En este molde se pone 1/2 de las frutas, 1/3 parte de la mezcla del flan, 1/2 del bizcocho y se repite. Cocinar en baño de maría a 350°F por 1 hora & 10 minutos. Cuando este frio se pone en la nevera.
