Parmesean Crisps
Perfect appetizer for cocktail party or with beer on game day!
ingredients
- Shredded/grated fresh parmesean cheese
- Parchment Paper
directions
- 1
Preheat oven to 350°
- 2
Place 1 tablespoon Parmesean cheese on parchment lined baking sheet. Spread out in circle to a thin layer. Cheese will not spread, so continue to fill baking sheet placing each one close but not touching. You can also cover whole sheet with a thin layer of cheese and break it up after it cools. This method is great for adding to soups or salads.
- 3
Bake for approximately 8 minutes, ovens vary, so watch the first batch carefully and adjust baking time as needed. Crisps are ready when they turn a light golden brown.

Hint: You can get creative by changing the shape and even using cookie cutters for specific shapes. If placed over a small bowl or bottle top, etc., you can also make a shell for single serve dips or even salad for larger shells.
