Dotsie's Mushrooms
ingredients
- large white mushrooms (quart box)
- 3/4 cup olive oil
- 3/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup Romano cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
- 2 teaspoon chopped parsley

Preheat oven to 400.
- 2
Clean mushrooms and remove stems, (do not peel). Put olive oil in one bowl. Put all other ingredients in another bowl and mix well. Dip clean mushrooms in oil and then stuff them with the bread crumb mixture. If you need to add more oil add it.

Chop up mushroom stems and put a few on top of each mushroom. Bake them about 15 minutes until golden brown, serve immediately.
