Salisbury Steaks



  • 1 1/2 lbs. Ground Beef
  • 1/2 c. Bread Crumbs
  • 1/4 c. Chopped Onions
  • 1/3 c. Water
  • 1 can Mushroom Soup
  • 1 Egg, slightly beaten
  • Dash pepper


Combine 1/4 c. soup with all of the remaining ingredients except 1/3 c water. Mix and shape into six patties. Place in a shallow baking dish. (9x13) Bake 350° for 30 minutes. Spoon off fat. Mix remaining soup and 1/3 c. water; pour over meat. Bake 10 additional minutes.
