Cold Pizza
Great for an appetizer or a light meal
ingredients
- Crust:
- 2 pkg. crescent rolls
- Filling:
- 1 (8oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1 tbsp. liquid taco sauce
- 1/2 tsp. dill weed
- 1/2 c. mayo
- Toppings:
- chopped tomatoes, green peppers, green onions, black olives, etc
- Shredded Monterrey Jack cheese

Spread out crescent rolls as crust in a 10x14 inch jelly roll pan, lightly greased with Pam. Bake for 375°for about 10 minutes, cool.

Mix thoroughly and spread over crust. Top with chopped veggies. Sprinkle generously with grated cheese (or Mozzarella). Press the cheese into the toppings. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Cut into squares and serve.
