LEMON CHEESECAKE
Set aside. Whip until thick. Add cooled Jell-O and cream cheese mixture and mix well. Pour over graham cracker crust and chill for several hours until set. Serve plain or with pie filling.
ingredients
- CRUST
- 1 1/4 CUP CRUSHED GRAHAM CRACKER CRUMBS
- 1/4 CUP MELTED MARGARINE
- 1/4 CUP SUGAR
- 1 PACKAGE LEMON JELLO (SMALL)
- 1 CUP BOILING WATER
- Combine:
- 8 OUNCE PACKAGE CREAM CHEESE
- 1 CUP SUGAR
- 2 TEASPOONS VANILLA
- 1 CAN CHILLED EVAPORATED MILK
