Chicken Marinade
ingredients
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon garlic, crushed
- 1/2 teaspoon dried coriander
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/8 teaspoon tabasco sauce
- Kosher salt
- pepper
- 2 chicken breasts, pounded

COMBINE the ingredients in a large resealable plastic bag, a shallow bowl, or a baking dish.

ADD 2 pounds of chicken, and marinate for at least 2 hours

TURN the chicken occasionally so all surfaces are exposed to the marinade.

BEFORE cooking, remove the food from the container and shake off the excess liquid.

COOK on a lightly oiled grill to the desired doneness.
