Baked Olive and Cheese Balls
ingredients
- 4 ounces sharp cheddar cheese, grated
- 1/4 cup butter, softened
- 1/2 cup flour
- Pinch salt
- Pinch paprika
- 1 tablespoon sherry
- 20-30 large pimento stuffed olives, drained and dried
directions
In a bowl, blend cheese and butter. In a separate bowl, combine flour, salt and paprika. Add flour mixture to cheese and butter. Stir in sherry. More flour can be added to form a soft dough. Use 1-2 teaspoons dough, and form into a ball. Flatten and wrap around olive. Repeat this for each olive until dough is gone. Bake at 400 degrees for 12-15 minutes.

This can be made ahead. Refrigerate until ready to bake.
