  • For the Ratatouille:

  • 1 tomato -- chopped
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1/4 C dry white wine
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/4 C Pitted Black Olives -- sliced
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
