Lemonade

Cut the lemons in half, squeeze, and strain the juice.
Put the squeezed lemons into a china jug, add the sugar, pour over the boiling water, stir well. Leave to cool, then chill overnight.
Strain the liquid off, squeezing the lemon skins well. Add the lemon juice to the liquid. Chill again until ready for use.
Serve topped off with sparkling water, such as Perrier.
