Rhubard Custard Pie
ingredients
- 2 cups rhubarb
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 egg yolks
- 1 heaping Tbsp flour
- 3 Tbsp water
- 2 egg whites
directions

Pour boiling water over rhubard and let stand for 5 minutes. Drain, add sugar, flour, egg yolks and water to rhubarb.

Beat 2 egg whites and put on top of rhubarb as meringue.
