Rhubard Custard Pie

ingredients

  • 2 cups rhubarb
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1 heaping Tbsp flour
  • 3 Tbsp water
  • 2 egg whites

directions

  • 1

    Pour boiling water over rhubard and let stand for 5 minutes. Drain, add sugar, flour, egg yolks and water to rhubarb.

  • 2

    Beat 2 egg whites and put on top of rhubarb as meringue.
