  • • 2 cups canned pumpkin
  • • 3/4 cup light brown sugar, packed
  • • 3 tbsp fancy molasses
  • • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • • 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
  • • 1/8 tsp ground cloves
  • • 1/2 tsp fine salt
  • • 3 large eggs
  • • 1 1/3 cups whipping cream
  • • 3 tbsp brandy or orange liqueur
SPICED WHIPPED CREAM
  • • 1 cup whipping cream
  • • 2 tsp sugar
  • • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • • pinch nutmeg
