Green Bean Salad
ingredients
- 2 pkgs frozen french style green beans
- 2 Tbsp bacon drippings or butter
- 1/4 cup chopped onions
- 2 Tbsp flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cook beans according to pkg. Drain well. Heat dripping or butter in beany skillet. Add onions and cook till tender. Blend in salt, flour and pepper. Add sour cream, stirring constantly and add beans. Mix well and put in greased, shallow baking dish. Bake 20 minutes. Top with cheese.
