Baked Ziti
We make this because we are too lazy for lasagna...
ingredients
- 1 lb ziti noodles
- 1 lb ground beef
- 15 oz. can tomato sauce
- 15 oz. container ricotta cheese
- 1 pkg shredded mozzarella cheese
- Grated parmesan cheese
- Onion Powder
- Garlic Powder
- Dried Parsley
- Salt and Pepper

Cook ziti according to package directions. In a separate frying pan, brown ground beef in pan and drain off grease.

Combine ziti, cooked ground beef, 2/3 can tomato sauce, ricotta cheese, 2/3 package mozzarella cheese, a handful of parmesan cheese, some onion and garlic powder, and salt and pepper to taste. Mix well.

Pour mixture into 13x9 in. baking dish sprayed with cooking spray and spread evenly. Top with remaining sauce and mozzarella cheese. Back at 350° for 15 minutes.
