  • 2 lbs of filleted codfish
  • 6 to 10 waxy (red) potatoes
  • 3 red 4 red Italian onions
  • 1/2 cup parsley
  • 1 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp freshly ground pepper
