ingredients
- 2 lbs of filleted codfish
- 6 to 10 waxy (red) potatoes
- 3 red 4 red Italian onions
- 1/2 cup parsley
- 1 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 1 tsp freshly ground pepper
