Tomato Basil Cups

This is especially good when just out of the oven...

ingredients

  • 1 10oz can of Rotel tomatoes drained
  • 1/2 cup mayo
  • 1 cup Swiss cheese grated
  • 1/2 small onion chopped
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • 8 slices of bacon cooked
  • 1 10oz can flaky layered biscuits

directions

Preheat oven to 375°F . Mix the first 6 ingredients together. Separate biscuits into 3 separate pieces and place each in the mini muffin tin. Add Mixture to each cup equally. Bake 10 to 20 minutes.
