Another one pot meal.
- 1 can Campbells Vegetable Beef Soup
- 1 pound hamburger - little fat, use 94 or 96% lean.
- 1 package hamburger buns
In a skillet, brown the hamburger and drain. Add the soup, undiluted. Heat thoroughly. Serve on buns.
Serve with fresh cottage cheese and chips.
Kids love this. They get some veggies, and it is so simple and easy to make. I have served this to company many times also!
