Baked Granola with Fruit
ingredients
- 1/2 C oil
- 3/4 C sugar
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 3 C Gluten-free oatmeal
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 C milk
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- Handful of fresh fruit of your choice (strawberries, blueberries, peaches)

1. Mix oil, sugar and eggs.

2. Add oatmeal, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, milk, fruit and vanilla.

3. Pour in to a 9X9 pan. Bake 350 for 30 minutes.
