• 4 quart chicken stock
• 1 bn celery w/ leaves, chopped
• 1 lbs carrots, peeled and chopped
• 2 md onions, chopped
• 1 grated zest of 1 large lemon
• 1/4 C lemon juice
• 1 ts salt
• 1/4 ts black pepper
• 1 fruit lemon, sliced
