  • 1 19oz pkg refrigerated or frozen cheese ravioli
  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 1 14oz jar of spaghetti sauce
  • 1 9oz pkg frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed-best to place thawed spinach in rag towel and roll out water
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

    1. Heat oven at 350 and cook ravioli as directed and drain

    2. In a large skillet brown beef and drain any fat. Stir in sauce and spinach

    3. Spoon and spread 1/2 of sauce mixture in non-greased 8" square dish. Arrange ravioli over beef layer. Spoon remaining sauce over ravioli. Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes. Uncover and sprinkle with cheese, then bake for 10 more minutes.
