ingredients

  • 1 Package wonton wrappers
  • Vegetable oil
  • 1 lb. Sausage, cooked and drained
  • 1.5 cups grated Cheddar
  • 1.5 cups grated Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1 C. ranch dressing
  • 1/2 C. chopped red bell pepper
  • 1 (2.25 oz) can sliced black olives, drained (optional)

    Preheat oven 350°.

    Lightly grease mini muffin tins and press 1 wonton wrapper into each cup. Brush with oil. Bake about 5 min. or until golden. Remove from muffin tin.

    Combine cooked sausage, cheeses, ranch, pepper, olives in a bowl. Place baked wontons wrappers on a cookie sheet. Fill with the sausage mixture. Bake for 5 minutes or until bubbly.

You can bake the wrappers the day before and leave them out on the counter until ready to fill.
